🤩 The discovery call (done via Zoom) enables you to meet with Sunni, one of our health coaches, to discuss your clinical case and concerns. During this process, she learn more about you as well as explain our practice policies, fee schedule, and address any questions you may have about our approach.

At the end of the discovery call, we can book your initial appointment and follow-ups, as well as register you for the new patient onboarding course and send you the new patient forms (to complete at least 72 hours prior to your initial visit).

During this 60-90 minute Zoom visit, you will share your health story with me as we walk through your medical history and new patient paperwork together. I will order any necessary testing, including bloodwork or functional lab tests. As time allows, we will also give initial nutrition, sleep, stress management, and movement recommendations.

This appointment is $325 for 60 minutes or $475 for 90 minutes.

🥳 This appointment is where the magic happens! We will review your nutritional assessment and any lab test results, and put together your “health picture” to determine the root causes of dis-ease in your body. Time to get you started on your path to full healing with targeted supplements, medications, & therapeutic lifestyle change. This appointment is approximately 45 minutes, depending on our agenda for the call. 45 minute visits are $225.

👯‍♀️ We encourage all of our patients to meet with one of our amazing health coaches between their appointments with their provider. Our coaching team is highly skilled in providing support and accountability in making and sustaining any necessary nutrition, supplement, or lifestyle changes.

These appointments may be 30 or 45 minutes dependent on your needs. Health coach visits are intentionally kept at an affordable pricepoint to support you. 45 minute visits are $40, and 30 minute visits are $25.

✅ Consistent and close follow-up is one of the most important factors in your success as a functional medicine patient!

You will require more frequent follow-up appointments in the beginning of your care as we begin supplements or medications. As your body continues to get stronger and more resilient, these appointments may be spaced out appropriately. Most of our patients remain on an 8-12 week follow-up schedule to maintain their good health. We ask our patients to complete bloodwork prior to most follow-up appointments in order to best serve you.

Follow-ups are $225 for 45 minutes and $150 for 30 minutes.
